This notice explains how doppiotech ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you contact us through this website, and the rights you have over that data. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the purpose of your enquiry, optional budget and timeline, and the details of your message.
- Information collected automatically with your submission — your IP address, browser/user-agent, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) parameters, and your browser language and timezone.
We use provided information to help us identify, prioritise, and respond to enquiries. The public website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking.
Why we use it & our lawful basis
We process this data to respond to and prioritise your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to any engagement. Our lawful bases under the UK/EU GDPR are legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) — to assess and respond to enquiries) and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained for up to 2 months and then automatically deleted, unless we still need them to progress a live conversation with you.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure within the EU. AWS acts as our data processor. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and traffic is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability; and
- lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
